Building & property selection
​
New homes, business or property selection can be made either with an onsite consultation or online, depending on the location. The client will receive a detailed evaluation with the assessment of the overall potential for the current year. We will provide you with a list of information needed to prepare for this analysis , once we have discussed your project.

Onsite consultation
​
We meet with you at your home or business and tour the exterior and interior surroundings.
After an initial meeting , we provide a customized written report including an update for a 3 year period. This ensures that you can continue moving forward with our assessment and advice.
This is a very personalized evaluation of the building and surrounding environment.
Our service combines the ancient traditional Chinese principles and science with innovative solutions to enhance your personal and professional world.
Offsite - Online consultation

We can provide an online consultation based on the location and building information for clients who are unable to have an onsite evaluation. We will provide you with a list of information needed to prepare this analysis once we have discussed your project.
Clients will be provided with the same customized written report that includes a 3 year update.
FEES
* Onsite and online Feng Shui consultation fees are based on the size and scope of the project. The minimum fee is $2500.00. Both type of consultations will receive a full written report that includes a 3 year update.
* Onsite consultations for assistance selecting a new home or business is $1500.
The appointment usually involves viewing several locations and may take 4-5 hours.
We advise selecting several locations that can be viewed in the same appointment.
* Online consultations for assistance selecting a new home or business is $500.00 -per location.
* Travel and hotel accommodations for long distance consultations will be estimated and billed separately before the appointment date.
