Rates for our services are based on the sq. footage of the building @ $.50/ sq.ft. Residential consultation includes homes, condominiums, apartments and start at $500.00.

Feng Shui Commercial
Rates for our services are based on the sq. footage of the building or office @ $.50/sq. ft. Commercial consultation includes private offices, medical/retail/hospitality/service/
restaurant/spa and entertainment facilities and start at $500.00. Manufacturing and warehouse facilities @$.35/sq. ft. with a minimum of $500.00.
Feng Shui Long Distance
Rates for our services are based on the location and scope of the project. Please email or call for an estimate.
Feng Shui Online
Rates for online residential consultations: $350.00.
Rates for online commercial consultations for projects up to 3000 sq. ft.: $350.00.
For projects above 3000 sq. ft, email or call for an estimate.
Feng Shui Building or Site Selection
Rates start @ $250.00.
This includes traveling to several sites or building.
