1.An onsite visit to the property for a directional compass reading and analysis of architecture of the building and analysis of the surrounding environment

2.A floorplan , construction blueprints and siteplan when available.

3.Birthdate information for occupants and the year of construction.

Our written analysis will provide:

2.Best areas for the occupants for sleeping ,health, relationships, working /study and for financial prosperity.

3.Remedies and suggestions that are practical as well as visually pleasing.

NOTE - My goal as a Feng Shui consultant is to provide my clients with the right solutions to improve their lives using elements that are comfortable and compatible to the occupants. I avoid using remedies that are signs that alert the person entering the space that there is a problem in that room that needs correcting through Feng Shui.

◊ What type of feng shui is the most accurate?

Traditional feng shui is based on the most accurate system of identifying the qi of a building and it's influence on the occupants. The calculation we use to find ,this qi uses the building's direction, time of construction, current time and occupant's birth dates. This enables us to identify the building's qi from 216 different patterns.

◊ When is the right time to have a feng shui consultation?

Actually anytime. The qi is in constant movement with an annual influence in each area of a building that will ultimately affect the occupants in positive or negative areas of their life. The "ideal" time is when you decide to build, move or purchase a new home or apartment. Also the best time is when selecting a location for a business or beginning a design project or major renovation. It is also best when you are feeling stuck in your life , relationship or career.

Definitely not. In traditional feng shui we only use the basic elements water, wood, fire,
earth and metal to balance this environment, so any reconfiguration to an existing building is unlikely. Ultimately any feng shui remedy should blend into the space and enhance the decor.
